If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• Prior to 48hrs: Free

• 48hrs to 25hrs: 50% of the full fee will be charged.

• 24hrs or less: Full fee will be charged.

No, you don’t need a referral unless you would like to utilise a Mental Health Care plan. In this case, you will have to speak with your GP first and get a referral from them.
